Jesper has been an employee since 2013, and he is working in the Benelux department. "I first started working in the export department with fish, but today I have new, exciting assignments. It is nice that Thermo-Transit has given me the opportunity to try out what it is like working in other departments. My feature is with Thermo-Transit, no doubt about it. It is an excellent place to be, where there is a lot of freedom with the daily responsibilities. We have a good environment, and I would not like to be without it."

Ole works in the bookkeeping department where he has been working for 10 years. His everyday is characterized by various assignments that involve bookkeeping and incoming invoices. "I also check the drivers reports from our own subsidiaries, and then I help out whereever I am needed". Because Ole has been part of the company for 10 years, he also has a lot of experience with what is going on in the accounting department. That is why his assignments revolve around this. "When I think back at the time when I started, we were far from the amount of employees that we have today. It is a really good company to work for where the groundbase starts with freedom under responsibility."

"I am the department Manager for our export department of fish, where I have the daily responsibility for the office and the terminal. In my department we deal with transport of fresh and frozen fish and all the assignments revolving around this. Everything from incoming bookings, disposition of vehicles as well as following up on deliveries. At the terminal the fish is being sorted according to the customers introductions, and then the fish is loaded onto the trucks going out". Kira has been an employee in Thermo-Transit since 2007, and since the day she started working she experienced a special bond between employees. As a manager she has a wide scope in regards to customers and colleagues both home and abroad. Her focus is on systems that work, and that a high level of quality is delivered every day. "Next to my work I am currently taking a degree in leadership and management. I am very happy to have received the opportunity for further education, and by combining theory and praxis I feel that I am better prepared to face challenges. Now already, I can see how much value it creates for Thermo-Transit, and our employees, that I am studying. I look forward to many good years in Thermo-Transit, where I can use my knowledge in a constructive manor in the way that we drive our business."
